Instructions for Windows

Step 1 - Download your file for your current operating system!

Andromeda App 6.0.0 (Windows)

Step 2 - Install the mobile clients from the Play Store

Play Store (Substratum v839+): If you have not yet, please install the main app!

Play Store (Andromeda): You can install the latest Substratum on Android Oreo, unrooted, and it will prompt you directly

Step 3 - Load up the Andromeda Desktop Client or Script!
Enable "USB debugging" on your device
Install systemwide ADB drivers on your PC
Connect your device to your PC
Download the desktop client ZIP archive from the link below
Extract the downloaded archive file and open the extracted app
Press any button to start/stop server
Wait for the process to finish, then you can disconnect your device from your PC
You will need to do the instructions above every time you reboot your device.

currently no themes are supported for EMUI 8, except navbar themes. Wait for EMUI 8.1 update for the following themes to use.

How to use:

Requirements:

Substratum Theme engine (free)

Andromeda (paid)

Enabled ADB in developer options

PC with ADB drivers

Steps:

1- Install substratum theme engine

2- Install Andromeda app

3- Open Andromeda app and click on the laptop icon and follow the link to get the PC client

4- copy the client to the PC and extract it

5- from your device: start Andromeda app

6- connect your device to the pc and select mtp mode

7- from the PC: Click on start Andromeda

8- on the phone the Andromeda app should show (connected) state

9- install the Theme

10 - go to substratum theme engine and select the theme

11- Enable the Layers that you want to theme

12- click on build and update from the floating button

13- after finishing the building process the app will ask you to reboot , Reboot and do step (5,6,7,8) again

14- open substratum theme and under the manager section click on the overlay and enable it...

Voila...

Now go to the edited app i.e settings app and see the changes.
