i use zedge because it have a lot of wallpaper for free and even paid also.

I am using the Zedge app for finding wallpapers and ringtones. Searching for "amoled" brings up lots of cool stuff.

My app has some dark (and some weird) stuff included. And it's totally free, adfree and open source. There is not a huge amount of dark wallpapers, but maybe I'll add some more if I find the time.
