I have tried the following, all without success:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074HZV81Z/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_7adlAb2B1WK44

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075XN6L5Z/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_SbdlAbD6GRT26

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071RFGSBF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_ncdlAbQQJ7YPJ

Glass ones felt ok, but left an air bubble (gap) between the two pieces of glass. Adhesive not very sticky, fell off very easily. Took off completely after 2 days.

Rubberized ones showed imperfections very easily, and felt weird. Definitely reduced the appearance of the phone. Very distracting. Took off completely after about 15 minutes of use.

I fully suspect these adverse experiences have nothing to do with a particular brand, but the solution in general... Currently have no screen protection on at all now.

19 STEPS to the install process!? Intense...

And comes with a free Apple Magic Mouse stand... ;)

So you have one of these installed? If so, please share more: how long, any imperfections after install, how durable, concerns about removal later, etc.

Thanks
I've had mine now for about a month. Looks brand new still. The only main thing to be sure of is getting rid of the dust and any particles on the screen. They will show up. The kit comes with alcohol swabs and dust stickers. Removal is quite simple as it peals of like any other protector would. With clean up such as alcohol wipes. I should also note, that any minor scratches on the screen will be filled with UV glue that is supplied with the kit. This causes the screen to look brand new when the protector is applied. So that's a nice bonus if your screen has any scratches. Not sure if it could hide a deep scratch though.

If you get it, you should watch the official video first.

Read all precautions. Be patient and the results are perfect.

Then, this one. This is the newer 2017 install kit. (Which is what you will most likely receive.)

This video is with a note 8 but gives more insight on the install process.

Here is a review after 3 months.

I'm pretty happy with it. You may be able to find a better deal than on amazon. You'd have to look around though.
There is some light bleeding from the edges of the protector, and is indeed quite apparent on light backgrounds. To me however, this is a small price to pay for the perfect tempered glass protector. This is the best protector I've ever owned.

The tempered glass screen protectors you linked are not full adhesive. The OP was asking about full adhesive protectors.

As far as the rubbery wet install protectors, if you only left them on 15 minutes then it's no wonder you weren't happy. If you read the instructions, they explain they can look bubbly and distorted for the first 12-24 hours. I'm currently using the Armor Suit one on my Note 8. It's smooth as glass, crystal clear, and you'd never know it's on there. My wife has the Illumishield wet apply protector on her S8+ and again, you'd never know it waa there.

Install it at night before you go to bed. Make sure to get all the dust off the screen, use plenty of of the application solution, and take your time lining it up. Then squeegee all the liquid out from under it. Once installed, let it set overnight. The bubbles go away after 12-48 hours. I've done these enough, I rarely have any bubbles at all immediately after installation. Any rubbery feeling goes away after a day or two.
