UAG Plasma or Monarch series hands down. Here's the well used on on my Midnight black S9+.

It's sleek with the rear back panel which melts in with the smoke colour of the case. Practicality wise, it provides a decent grip and good drop protection while keeping bulk to a minimum.

I have this case with the leather instead of the Honeycomb, very nice case, lots of protection.

Can anyone recommend a thin TPU case with good grip? I got a Spigen Liquid Air Armor and it's close to what I want, but would prefer something thinner if anyone can recommend something. Don't need it to survive a drop - need it to stay in my hand and avoid falling!

UPDATE: For those using Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro, specifically the one that comes with the on-built screen protector. Do NOT take off the screen protector unless necessary. I learned this the hard way. Upon re-installation, the screen protector developed bubbles underneath which sort of made it look like it was wet. In actuality, it wasn't wet, the screen protector is just sticking to the oleophobic cooating of the phone display.
