What is the best Gcam combination (gcam, XML and maybe magisk module) if you are running PixelExperience with magisk?

I don't think it will make much difference which ROM you are on as to the quality.
As for xml config there's a few to choose from now, that users have uploaded to the above site. I think it's a case of trial and error to see which you prefer. I can't comment, as the last time I looked, only a couple of weeks ago, there was only 2, now there's 10 files, so I haven't tried most of them.
There is a 48MP fix Magisk module in the camera fixes section of the website, to enable 48MP shooting.
