Best home surveillance app for older phone

I will be going out of town soon and would like to setup a few of my LG Fuels around the house for video surveillance. I am looking for an app that will do motion detection and record like 10 seconds before the detection and up to XX minutes after it stops. Being able to dump to a share drive or maybe my NextCloud server would be great since these phones may or may not have an SD card. It would be great if I got an email or similar with a screenshot of it but it isn't 100% necessary. I looked around and see tons of these apps but most I see are geared towards remote monitoring (live view stuff) but I don't want that specifically. My main concern is to make sure the friend who is supposed to be house sitting and checking on my animals is doing that and not having parties! Can anyone recommend a good lightweight app for this purpose?
