i read the FAQ and googled it, i still dont see how its done. Can you post a link a to it?
Long-press whatever you want to copy...it will highlight it, with the ability to drag and expand/shorten your selection. Buttons on top will appear for Copy/Cut/Paste. Repeat to paste where you need to.

Thought I'd already replied in this thread, but it must be the other keyboard thread in this subforum. Anyway, SwiftKey is what I use on all of my devices!! I tried about every keyboard in the Play Store before buying SwiftKey, an SwiftKey is by far the best in my opinion! I've bought both SwiftKey and SwiftKey Tablet. Really happy that they added Flow to both versions! I was prepared to buy another version but didn't have to since they just added it!

thats not what i meant. if i copy something using this method, and then i want to paste it somewhere, with Swype open, i just drag from the icon to the v (sort of like ctrl + v) and it pastes. This is also possible with Thumb Keyboard (create a bind). But how is it possible to copy and paste with Swiftkey, by just using the keyboard?

The stock AOKP keyboard is the best IMO. All the keys have long-presses assigned. It's fast and easy.

I used to really like Thumb Keyboard because they mimic the stock Android keyboard pretty well with additional features like theme support and split options. But for some reason on my original N7, I noticed lots of double taps when using the keyboard. Enough to be annoying and warrant me to uninstall it. I've attempted to reinstall but I always get double taps when typing. It was mostly useful on 10" screens anyway. The 7" screen size doesn't require a split keyboard for the most part.

I do however like how the split keyboards keep the button distance the same, so your thumbs aren't awkward typing in landscape though.

Definitely SwiftKey for sure. I had it before the AOSP keyboard was revamped, and it's definitely awesome.
