The other option for iTunes us media monkey which is a great music management software. There is also media monkey player I think but I haven't tried them yet

I tried Media Monkey way back in 2011 and I was not happy with this player and media library, as it tried to change many of my tags.
Also, the Android app looks a bit old fashioned... Perhaps I give it another try over the next weekend, but in general I see no need for a media library software for Android as I have the option to sync/ copy music to my device by simply drag'n'drop... :highfive:

Personally speaking shuttle + is the best music player, it's not as stable as playMusic or other music players but features and visuals are awesome....personally i hate poweramp because of its looks... it has got low res icons and all but after all its personal opinion...

I use Jetaudio and haven't found a worthy alternative since. Jet audio works like butter and bread with V4Android. I dont have to disable the player's equalizer or sound effects to enjoy V4A effects. But Jet audio sort of seems to add its own effects to V4A to give nice quality unique sound. Poweramp sounds too low and is grumpy with V4A.

I want to listen to some flac audios with DSP pack and i used to always prefer Player Pro but since the last update it has screwed up , I tried Gone Mad Player but it picks up album art randomly from Gallery which is very annoying , Jet Audio or PowerAmp ?

If you use GoneMad you have to put your albums in the same directory, then add the directory to the scanner path. Run the scanner and it will add all your music. GoneMad will download the album art from the Internet (it won't use the gallery) if you select the option to download automatically. You will always be able to choose a different album art, GoneMad has options for this.
