Try iSyncr and the iSyncr wifi tool

and there is a Wifi Addon that allows you to run a small service on your PC and just sync your playlists over Wifi. It works great and will also upload any pictures from your phone back to your PC if you would like.

doubletwist works well for iTunes to Android

I tried doubletwist but was only able to use air sync because it would not connect to my Mac over USB is there a way to force mass storage mode so it can read my moto x?
