Best rom and kernel for gaming?

Any roms and kernel can you recommend that is best for gaming?
At any roms that I tried GTA 3 still lags.

Weir i can play gta 3 on stock,in fact i never lag on games,anyways i use meemos dna rom and titan kernel

So far i haven't experienced lag in any games, be it with the stock or custom roms, no overclock..

GTA3 is the only game that lags?
