This should be discuss at the General Section guys. Btw, the word "Best" is subjective. So technically there is no such things as best rom. One might be perfect for one, but it might be less suitable for another and vice versa.

Sorry but why is CM7 the best when GPS,FM Radio etc. didnt work and many Apps end in FC?
I buy the Legend because it has this feature and the best Rom is , where this features doenst work?? I cant understand this....

hi and happy new year soon to come. i think this thread is best to have a vote. i'm new to andoid phones and I just own a legend for about more than a months time.

i have this feeling that HTC's devaloper is like the dark side and XDA are the freedom fighters. i'm a computer technician and i can imagine what does it mean to preinstall software that you do not need on HP computers and other brand computers. but in computers you can choose to ignore this as the hard disk space have no impact or uninstall them to begin with. but phone... every megabyte and cpu performance counts... it sure feels like back to the days of the 1990's, But i'm still not sure why HTC made this device with such a small internal memory. in my place 2gig pan-drive is starting to face out even the 320 gig HDD.

i'm in the mood to flush the stock ROM down to the drain as after as the official updates and wipe my phone... the phone still got less responsive... nothing seems perfect!

Been an IT technician for many years... its feels like android 2.1 is like the windows xp... everything is fine and speedy. but after the stock update to froyo... it feels like Vista in the transition... hopefully the future gingerbread will be speedy and feels like win7... 1.6, it feels like win98 that's what i feel after hearing my brother describe about a lot of apps can run in 1.6 he owns an x10 mini... and it feels like win98 if you feel me.. any why just ignore what i've just type, who am i to judge and comment things that i just barely knew.

if some senior member could start a pool, i'd like to see the statistic for the best rom for my legend and start from there. for me, if the rom have good rating. its a good rom to begin with.
