Best ROM ... suggestion

I've been using stock rom for a while and I want to change it ...so is it better to wait for a stable lineage 15 or shld I change it to some other ...if yes ..please suggest a stable rom with good battery ...thanks in advance

LineageOS 15 is still in development hence features are missing, battery backup isn't as good as on LineageOS 14.1 based roms etc. It will get better but you need patience
