Best Rom

I've been flashing and wiping all day long today and I've had some troubles and some personal "Hmmmm..." Moments, There seems to be alot of ROMS for this phone, and alot seem to be on hold for the development of the new Kernel. My question what is the best ROM to date that has Fingerprint Scanning and some nice goodies/system improvements. I'd like to put up a poll but there seems to be alot, and searching forums many say roms do/do not have the scanner, or the multitude of personal device gremlins, I'd like to just get some opinions here if it's allowed.

Mrom ginger bread is the best and neutrino also is good

There is no such thing as the best ROM. Every user has a personal taste and different needs. One likes fast ROM, the other - good looking. Such thread has no point.
