Then dive in. Use the Aroma version of the installer. Start with just the core and Viper. Dolby requires permissive kernel. You can experiment with other modules later.

Personally I have core + Viper 2.5 + Ice sound config 4 on the A5 (2017) rom. The stock Sammy earphones sound amazing ?

Si. I have installed ARISE 2.94 (Aroma Version), running for 2 weeks now.
With Afterburner2.1 kernel (permissive + root)

I've got a working ARISE (all three mods), xtrememusic, divine beats and biohazard port if you're interested. Trust me, the combo of all 6 mods is insane. You can also use the walkerblue stagefright ROM, it has a twisted port inside of it too.
