I really like Squid for handwriting notes.

Xodo = Best application for note taking and annotating and editing pdfs. Even lets you rearrange page order and concatenate pdfs. Too bad their web application isn't as good. On my Thinkpad Yoga I use Xournal.

I'm realy looking forward for Nebo to be released. Have you heard about when they plan to do so?

Currently the Yoga Book isn't allowed as Device for this app, but you can install it with some tier app, Nebo works fine.
Nota: my support ticket was tagged as spam, so don't expect to much from the MyScript' support team.
