So I got the latest beta 3 update and when it goes to finish set-up it keeps telling me to insert my SIM card to continue the set-up. I have service and data but it's not allowing me to finish setting up.

Sadly it does not help for the Pixel Xl Variant. I do have service thankfully I just can't finish setup.

Maybe try a clean install by flashing images but make sure you backup your internal storage first
