i was registered to beta since mid december, but no way to get the beta B322.

half an hour ago i checked also HiCare, the section saying: Early OS Adopters, and i found the B360. i selected yes, and then it showed me B360 in the usual updater.

then normal stuff..

now optimizing system ...

I've just sucessfully flashed EVA-L09C432B322 over my previous EVA-L09C432B180 and it is working like a charm! :good:

Disclaimer: Use this guide with care and BACKUP your data before flashing! There is always a risk of (soft-)bricking your device.
Important: As of now TWRP doesn't seem to be fully working on the Nougat builds, so keep in mind that a roll-back may be a little bit more complicated.
Note: In my case this was a non-wipe update and bootloader plus FRP stayed unlocked.

What you need:

• unlocked bootloader
• unlocked FRP
• TWRP (see: https://twrp.me/devices/huaweip9.html)

The steps are as follows:

1. Get the right update.zip (I used this one: https://mega.nz/#!SJ0DAIoJ!JMTVLnD0s79ESEVm3Et23H0vWgqRP6IA1jN3BC_RaOg)
   There is also an EVA-L09C432B360 available here: http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=1251910
2. Get the update_full_hw_eu.zip (I used this one: http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/...04/v70845/f1/full/hw/eu/update_full_hw_eu.zip)
3. Backup your stuff!
   In my case no data was wiped, but you should do it anyway.
4. Boot into TWRP
5. Flash update.zip followed by update_full_hw_eu.zip
   There may occur some errors while flashing /system and /cust, but you can ignore them.
   In my case it wasn't neccessary to wipe cache/dalvik.
6. Reboot your device.
   It will initialize/update some stuff at the first boot and you can enjoy the recent Android Nougat version from Huawei then.
   Keep in mind, that you won't have ROOT or TWRP for now!

How did u get root working? I use the recovery for nougat, but root isn't working properly. Can't mount data...

I also tried the guide with TWRP and root for Nougat, I have linked in my previous post, but I couldn't get root working without reformatting the data partition. TWRP doesn't support the encryption yet and thus the SuperSu.zip didn't flash properly.
We probably have to wait for an updated TWRP version with encryption.

Regarding stability: I'm not yet running B360 but the ROM seems to be already fully functional and I didn't notice any bugs until now. However there may be a slightly higher battery drain, than with the newer B360, but as long as I get ~1.5 days, it doesn't really matter.

Of course we will, dont think Huawei will leave the beta testers risking to brick there phone by downgrading.

we will get OTA to the stable version when it is ready, no need to go and manually roll-back.

This morning we received the official update vnc-l31c185b331
But there is a problem
When you restart the phone and install the system installation stopped at 85% And a message appears that the installation fails
After rebooting It showed me that the update is not complete
The keyboard does not exist
icon is not updated
Wallpapers not found
System Update icon is not found
File Manager Does not Exist
model number not exist

what should I do ?

You probably meant VNS-L31C185, which is the North Africa/Middle East version of the Huawei P9 Lite.

I'd recommend you to look for the official firmware file on xda/hicloud/Google, download it again (in case the file has been corrupted) and try to dirty flash it over the faulty installation by using the dload method.

Make sure to backup your data before flashing, as you may risk losing it otherwise.

There is no copy at Google or xda official updated 331 version I have downloaded and installed via the b150 three buttons
