No, u must unlock bootloader and install TWRP and flash it like update.zip in TWRP.

Ok I have it at /System/Priv-App but how can I make a launch shortcut without root? All camera plugins and extras are also available.
If anyone is wondering about rollback and wants to rollback to Android 6 (EMUI 4.1) I can confirm that the following method worked with my L19C432:

I've used L09C432B136 after the intermediate flash (it's a L09 firmware but it works with L19 since Cust is the same 432, and maintains Dual-Sim. After flashing it becomes a L19C432B136) and then just used EMUI 4.1 "updater" to flash L19C432B182, but don't forget to flash the intermediate firmware as explained in the PDF.

The camera not being installed is likely due to two reasons
1) it has been deliberately disabled (frozen) - not sure why
2) a permissions issue - could be fixed with root if so, but not without root.

Is it possible to root nougat already? I haven't had the time to check everything but will do it again this weekend, and needed the phone to work normaly today so I rolled back to 6.
What I can confirm is:
- Phone is very quick (I think it's faster than 6)
- Camera App launch missing (on system but can't be launched)
- Files App launch missing (or shortcut missing or app disabled)
- Keyboard missing (make sure you have a copy of google keyboard (or any other keyboard) on SD card
- Recording app missing (or shortcut missing or app disabled)
- No Huawei Backup app (and trying to install it gives error)
- Bluetooth didn't work
I have installed Google Camera and Open Camera. (google camera works well with photos, but have problems with video. Open camera worked well with photos and video).
Antutu benchmark didn't finish testing, returned to main page without any warning.
Everything else worked fine and very fast. Fingerprint scanner, EMUI 5 app drawer, Facebook app, twitter, EyeEm, Google+, etc...

The Beta OTA that started today for the Single-Sim (L09) don't have the same problems as this one. I don't know if it's same as EMUI 4 where we could install L09 firmwares on L19 and maintain L19 as a L19

Yes, it's really fine for a daily use. There is juste a few app missing, and for the moment not huge bugs.
And you can download Google Camera's app for replace the original one ! :fingers-crossed:
