Yes, I used TWRP for this update and for the moment I seen no difference between the B182 version.

Most likely, camera and other apps are not working because the rom have been flashed trough TWRP instead of official recovery. I'l take a short look and try to unpack everything and wrapp it up into a zip file.

Seems like this beta build it's not dedicated to L19/L09 devices only. There are lots of configs files inside and it's quite messy. Also CUST partition is missing tho or maybe have been modified for the new nougat version somehow.

Edit:
I'm gonna stop trying to create anything based on this nougat beta build.
Gonna start something new based on latest marshmallow build available for L19. I'm missing some features and also, there are no stock cutom modded roms around but one, so i have to start doing it myself.

NOTES:

- Installation must be made by TWRP using an unlocked bootloader (dload method doesn't work)
- This beta is not the official beta and is missing several apps like: Camera, Files, Recording. Install only if you can live with an incomplete ROM.
- It is possible to rollback to stock EMUI 4.1.1 / Android 6 without any problems using the offical rollback package from Huawei.

I wiped my custom rom and installed thru TWRP weirdly said "failed to mount '/cust'" I thought I failed and I wiped again even wiping said the same thing so I decided to install again and reboot. Seems working so far even it said "failed to mount '/cust'

Yeah, it made me the same : it's "normal".

I try old and new and from huawei store its applied but not visible. Weird

Tried several and all of them are applied and visible... have you rebooted since installation? I really don't know what can cause that on your phone, I usually use Nova Launcher because I don't like EMUI themes, but they are working here

Yes i try that and nothing , oky mybe somebody will find a fix

How is overall performace? Last time i've flashed it, everything was glitchy. Had to tap several times before the action was recognised.
Also, wifi,bluetooth,camera,calls and everything else is working properly?

Till now it's fast, no lag at all. Everything is working including Bluetooth (didn't work before the update for missing apps), camera is working fine (now we have wide aperture mode in video), calls are working as before, sms and notifications also...

Let's see about battery performance, but we can't forget that it is a beta.

Done flashing everything. This seems quite stable. Gonna test it for a while.
