In the new version i don't get a connection to my provider so sending sms is not possible anymore.
Some videos are stuttering (the displayed image is not changing, sond works fine) others run normally that might be an issue that is not related to your rom but to the video-apps.

It would be nice if you could let the old versions online and only add new ones instead of replacing them so that it is possible to change back to a previous version.
Yeah we would appreciate that! :) @David_Vaz this is coming along well! :)

Is CyanogenMod team going to officially support Xperia Z3 in the future? Is this official rom or just an unofficial port? Sorry for the question ^^

Unofficial port.

And it's too early to tell. Historically, the CM team have supported the Xperia Z, Z Ultra, Z1, Z1C and the Z2. I guess it's safe to assume that the Z3 and the Z3C will be supported in the future.

Yes, I'd say it's a safe bet.

Keep this close by to track the progress: http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/q/z3,n,z
Ok, i hope your right! And hope this will happen soon... I've also read that it's impossible to restore back the device to stock after unlocking the bootloader... Hope someone will find a way to do this.

It's possible to restore the device to stock, but you'll lose some proprietary Sony functions like the low-light camera performance. Supposedly, there is a fix hanging around on XDA, but I couldn't get it to work. I'd say just wait until Sony releases their official Lollipop build if you're worried about losing this functionality.

Yeah, i will surely wait until flashing a rom will be without those risks... i come from a Nexus 5 and i used to flash everything i saw :D

Just flashed on my D6603.

I've tested this on my Z3, so I thought I'd report any issues in case you weren't aware:

  • When I tried to install CM12, I was told that my phone was a D6653, and I couldn't install it. It's not a D6653 - it's most assuredly a D6603. I modified the updater-script so that it'd allow me to install it, and it works OK now.
  • Taking pictures using the camera works OK, but the Camera app FCs when I try to record a video.
  • From pairing my Z3 to my Surface, it seems that Bluetooth works perfectly.
  • I can verify that NFC functions as expected. I tested this using some Samsung TecTiles NFC tags.
  • The brightness controls are in 25% segments, as someone else noted. When the brightness is at 25%, the brightness is full. When it's at 26%, it goes to zero again. At 50% it's full, and so on. This is a pretty minor thing, but make sure you turn off auto brightness otherwise your phone'll go crazy.
  • Notification LED works.
  • This is a good thing - the volume on headphones seems a lot louder than with the stock Sony ROM!
  • Verrrryyyy smooth UI. I mean, crazy smooth. ZERO frame drops so far!
  • I can move apps to SD! Yay!

Overall, this is a very stable release. I think that when RILS is fixed, this could be a great daily driver. Keep up the good work, man! :D
