Not working (I'll need your help, any hints will be appreciated)
1. UDFPS
2. OIS
3. permissive mode
4. tell me and see if I can fix it!

Quality issues
1. Camera compatiability/stability (some apps not working or not stable)
2. AOD draining too much power, 23% in 9hrs under Airplane mode suspend(maybe not suspended?)

How To Flash (bootloader unlock will be needed)
1. Flash boot.img/vendor.img under bootloader mode

adb reboot bootloader
fastboot set_active a
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash vendor_boot vendor_boot.img
fastboot reboot recovery

2. Sideload zip under recovery mode

adb sideload Arrow-v13.0-psyche-UNOFFICIAL-20221128-VANILLA.zip

(Do factory-reset at the first time flashing.)

3. Erase userdata again under bootloader mode at the first time flashing (maybe not necessary)
Reboot to bootloader!

fastboot erase userdata
fastboot reboot

(I won't try GAPPS and TWRP, so if you see any issues which related to them. Please leave the flash steps you use.)

It's not One plus... So You don't need MSM tool anyway... Good old Mi flash tool will do the job done .. But yeh ..# unable to inter fastboot?! .. Then it's kinda risky
