Bhim detect phone as rooted

I was on HAVOC pie rom
Restore back to stock ROM with locked bootloader, no root and everything like fresh phone.
Installed BHIM (banking app), got phone verified from bank via SMS.
But hell, app detected as my phone rooted but I know its not, and kicked me out of app.
Now what to do?
I want that app to work so desperately.

May be my phone's IMEI number got registered in their system as rooted forever.
