Big mistake I think

I had the re-partition checked while flashing back to stock. Now my phone is in a bootloop no matter what. The only thing I can get to is download mode. Am I hard bricked.

No you are not.... Can you go into recovery mode... If yes then format it and the handset will be back on track

As long as you can get into Download mode you can always use Odin to return to stock. Odin will restore the default partitions.

I got it figured out. It seems that the battery was not charged enough, that's all I can figure that I did different.
