Exactly my thoughts. What I think is, earlier, they were providing warranty only for unlocked bootloader like other companies (as mentioned on twitter, dated 13th Jan) then they realised they don't have any stock ROM flashing tool, so they said they'll also provide warranty for problems caused by flashing custom ROMs (which they said on 15th). That way they should stop providing warranty for custom ROMs when they launch their stock ROM flashing tool.

hi guys my phone stuck on " application submitted and processing, please wait " since 4 hours...they said it takes 1 hour around. ? anyone already unlock bootloader?
It took them 30mins to approve my application.
I'm not unlocking bootloader now because until there is a custom recovery there is no use of unlocking bootloader
Follow these steps :
1) Exit the application
2) Start the application again
3) Click on "Query Verification Status"
That's it. It will show if the review is successful or is it still pending.
