Big problem after rom update

Hey guys,.. after i did the rom update, my phone is blocked in serial v1.02 window... i don't know what to do... please help,... i don't want to have an useless piece of furniture with me!

I did the upgrade according to ampda_how_to_PPC_upgrades_v1 and after step 8,... nothing happenes


any suggestions pls?

Try it again. This "window" is the bootloader, seems in such a way an error arose.

tell me about it,..... ha ha ha i tryied like 3 times... i guess the "how to" file... is ******,.. i read on the forum that more than 1 person (like me) had this problem.
