BIG PROBLEM: Camera can take 0~2 photos only

I had tried all I know to fix this, but failed. So I came here to ask for help.

My phone is Ray, after flashed cm10 fxp215 kernel (updated from fxp215 rom + fxp213 kernel to fxp215 rom + fxp215 kernel), the main camera hit a BIG problem. (Front camera is OK. )
After taking 0 to 2 photos in every boot, camera got stuck. No FC, when stucking, live view still working, but can't take photo, can't quit with BACK key, can switch to Home or other app with HOME key. I had to reboot to take another 0~2 photos, sometimes it reboot automatically.

It had worked fine in fxp213 or earlier, and ICS of course.

I had tried:

• other cm kernels, latest or previous cm ROMs, official ICS .587 ftf, 3rt part ICS kernels, relock BL then use Update Service to flash .587, and official 2.3.4 ftf,
• and FULL formated SD card, tested in Service Menu with or without SD card,
• and with 3rt part camera app such as Camera_FV and Shot_Control
• and with lower size as 2MP.

Camera still got stuck.

If flashing a kernel can break the driver of camera but it can break software only I think, flash with FTF may fix system partition error. But that is not what happened.
Is there any other MTD related to camera?
OR, it's a burst hardware problem, the camera module had broken? But my phone did't fell down these days. Just one day beforce flashed fxp215 kernel, I had took a few photo continuously.


So, do your guys have any idea or exp about this problem?

I noticed that there're several model catch this unfixable bug which Auto-focus‘s fault lead in the camera ANR after flashing kernel.

What’s the root of the problem? Maybe kernel, flashtool, usb cable, or weather...
Can any developer give an answer?

Now, I figure out that AF cause the problem.
Use 3rd part Camera FV.
When I taking photos in infinity focus, camera never got stuck. Then I change to AF mode, take one photo, exit camera, wait for about 30s, take another photo, exit, wait...this can take many AF photo.
But if I take AF photos continuously, got stuck certainly.

so, it's a hardware problem or software problem?

kernel error or camera hardware error?
