Hello, I bought the DBZ edition, the seller changed the ROM to global A.02 but it does not update.

With this tutorial, it is possible to fix that problem?

Greetings and Thanks.

Hi man. I hope someone can help me.

I have gt neo 2 dragon ball running china rom. I wanna flash my phone to global rom. I already done flashing before using cmd flash, but turn out hard brick. And I paid some guy flash back my brick phone and now it back to normal.

Do someone have dragon ball edition and already flash to global rom? Is it safe to flash using twrp?
Hello, could you give me the contact of the person who restored it to see if he does it remotely and sorry, I'm from Mexico and I use a translator hahaha

Hi yall, im from México, and today i find my gt neo 2 GDPR versión unlocked bootloader, so im stuck on android 11 A.09 , and not recive any actualization, so my question Is .

Its better to change the región to LATAM android 12 and lock the bootloader for ota updates or just put the android 12 Eu version installing twrp and Let the bootloader unlocked ?

For those wondering about DBZ Edition:

I've flashed the latest European ROM version, locked the bootloader after and it works fine. Kudos to the dev for their efforts.

Two issues that will persist however:
- Charging is SLOW on the latest Realme UI 3.0 update for Europe. At the very least it is on every non-SuperDart charger. On a 5000 mAH battery, this is an issue.
- No Widevine L1. Keeping bootloader unlocked + Rooting and applying the SafetyNet fix is not a solution, it will still be on L3. Needs specific patching by Realme themselves using your IMEI.

Guys I urgently need to change my Realme gt Neo 2 RMX_3370_11_A.09 ROM. It came with a customized ROM by an AliExpress seller, so I won't receive any OTAs. Deep Test not working so. Can I unlock bootloader with ADB fastboot? Guys I really really appreciate every single answer. Thx

I wanna change my ROM RMX3370_11_A.09, and I've seen too many posts where it says different at the end C.03. What'd happen if I flash a different one? Also, I've seen something like "Bitra". Can anyone please explain me what are those two things? I really appreciate it

bitra is the device codename as far as I know. and the a09 and c03 is like different updates, many times security patch updates or bug fixes or all together, it can as well be android updates depending on when it releases out

Sorry bro, last doubt. Im doubting of that "Bitra" codename, bc i had seen that a guy showed an error bf of that when installing a ROM. How can I know if my codename is Bitra? To make sure when installing this types of roms. Thank you so much for replying

There is no way to know if you're phone is codenamed bitra but we all use roms on our realme gt neo 2 and they work fine. I've personally flashed these roms few times

Well it might not be the codename of the device, I can't say for sure, I thought it was. Anyway all roms you find here on this section of the forum is for the realme gt neo 2 so there is no issues on installing any, just make sure you follow everything as said.

Well apart from the screenshots being quite far apart, I don't entirely understand, it should have the latest Rui, if it has the latest Rui the notifications drawer should be different than what you had. (Not entirely sure if notifications drawer is the right word xD)

can you flash the malaysian rom
Hi all, I solve the problem already by using a VPN service and I connect it to Germany from there I clicked on software update and the blue button came out. From here then on I disconnected VPN and just downloaded the new A.09 firmware. Successfully installed it no problems and unlock the bootloader using deep test APK.

when you have new updates you receive notification, so even if you have a bug in the check for updates screen I believe you will still be able to update, but if you can't, when I create the file of that version you can use it to update.
I confirm that even the white page appears, you can update it through the notification. I did it from C.01 to C.02!

recently on my Realme Gt Neo 2 version ITA no brand, I received a second update relating to the UI 3.0 version with a size of just over 1 Gb, this is the build version RMX3370_11_C.02 with security patch of 05 March 2022 (official version of 28.03.2022).

Following this update, as similarly found by other users, a problem emerged relating to the "device information" screen, that is, when I go to "click" on the item above to check for other updates, it always gives me a White screen!
This problem had already emerged in the first release of UI 3.0, and I had solved it by resetting the phone completely formatted the device, this time, despite having re-formatted it again, the proematic persists!
contacted realme service, they told me that version c.04 has recently been released and will soon be released on my device!
Question But if this bug prevents updates from being detected how can I upgrade to c.04?
when you have new updates you receive notification, so even if you have a bug in the check for updates screen I believe you will still be able to update, but if you can't, when I create the file of that version you can use it to update.
