Black 2.5 Activesync Bluetooth problem

Hi guys,

Just upgraded to Black 2.5 (which is kickass btw). I have been having this strange problem trying to sync Activesync over bluetooth.

I got it to work several times without problems. But recently it just stopped working.

If I click on "connect using bluetooth" in Activesync, it gives me an error:

Connection Not Valid: Cannot open the connection '#[email protected]#'. This connection is no longer valid or does not exist. Select a different connection and try again.

Activesync over usb is still working okay. I dont really want to hard reset because of this. Hoping that someone has a solution?

Posted the question too quickly.

I've found the solution myself. What I did was:

- Kill Activesync process (or soft reboot)
- Go to Bluetooth settings
- Find the PC device that you are syncing with, look at its bluetooth profiles
- There should be an "Activesync" profile ticked, remove the tick/selection
- Click SAVE
- Enter the bluetooth profiles of the PC device again.
- Click REFRESH and you should again see the "Activesync profile"
- Tick/Select the Activesync profile, and click SAVE
- Start Activesync again and click on "connect using bluetooth", it should work like normal again

I've seen this issue now with several WM6 roms - Black 2.5, 3.0, 3.0.1 and LVSW as well.
