Black screen and need to recover data

I have a water damaged samsung galaxy a21s that i have to recover data from, but the screen is black and unresposive. After connecting it to pc, it shows up but empty. USB debbuging is disabled and i have no way of enabling it. I tried rebooting it to recovery mode but the power button doesnt work when connected to PC, but when disconnected it works, but once.
