Black screen but ambient display screen and phone working

It's the third time that my Nord go to black screen and I can't turn off the phone.
The device it's working, music playing and ambient display turn on the screen but when I unlock (auto with face id and finger print) its turn off but have the backlight on.
I can't turn it off to restart, recovery or fastboot.
I tried all commons things: hold power, hold power+volume, unlock and hold power, all during charge,... all the combinations and nothing happens.
The other times is going on by imself, any solutions? If its turn on im going to change the OS automatically

If there is a toolkit to help to restart the phone or something with adb I appreciate the information, I don't have fastboot enabled and I think the bootloader is lock
