Black screen unexpected

It's annoying when you pay a bunch of $ for this phone and it's f****g the worste. So...let me tell you about all the problems with my phone.
1. The phone freeze randomly when i open Facebook Messenger, and when i say freeze it's basically a rock until i restarted it.
2. Instagram freeze to .
3. A bunch of apps doesn't work on WiFi.

Try factory reset first.
If that doesn't work I would definitely send it back.

Given you're the only one reporting this it's either you device or some other crap you have installed
