I am still on 2.03.0000 Blackrose S-Off, unable to flash recovery or boot img.

I am also on RUU_Vivo_Gingerbread_S_HTC_WWE_2.30.405.1_Radio_20.2808.30.085AU_3805.06.03.03_M_release_199308_signed

and not able to root it. Anyone able to help me out there?

When i try flashing a recovery...

C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\ADB_FASTBOOT>fastboot flash recovery rec.img

Got engboot work, i did:

flashed latest ruu ( still on Blackrose)
flashed unsecured boot.img
flashed recovery
flashed another rom with file manager(Wifi/Data wasnt working on the stock ruu because of the unsecured boot.img)
flashed engboot with fallens method*http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1693254&highlight=blackrose+downgrade

Try download 4ext recovery from the play store as you're phone is on s-off status. See whether that works.
