Can someone please tell me on
if I can dirty flash R3 over R2.1
If this R3 is more beautiful & stable than R2.1
Which one is having more features DN4 or R3
Will we also get more N4 features in near future

By the way, I am very happy with Blacktox and want to stay with this ROM expecting more features in future

Dear friend,

I've tried dirty flashing R3 over 2.1 and the result was so undesireable. You will get problem with root, super su and xposed framework won't start. Other than that, personally, S-planner with big font issue. Text unseen during some operations and checkbox not to my preferences and sometime look like a real circle and sometimes look like an oval.

Luckily, I did a nandroid backup of R2.1 before flashing R3.

Went back to R2.1 immediately after that.

Maybe, you can try a clean fresh install and see if the problems exist or not.

Check ur dialer for outgoing and in coming calls they too will be white plus the status bar has a beautiful display for signal and battery icons.

I got fc while posting photo on comment if facebook so I flash this through recovery(I am on twrp 2.7.2.0) and did work for me I am not sure why it didn't work for you sometime manually adding( delete the one exist) .apk (fileextract the downloaded .zip and copy gallery2014.apk to your sdcard ) from root explorer and giving permission of rw--r--r and rebooting do work hope it would work for you

1.seting-about phone-tap build number 7x. U will now have developer option
2.im only using boeffla for soundmod in every 4.4.2 rom with agni kernel. U might wanna try others,little search on theme section

R3 test results

Hi guys here are my test results.
I'm posting it to report general bugs and to find out which bugs are specific to my device.
(Plz. excuse my non-technical language)

Bugs and idle features:
- Ultra power saving mode: won't launch and the error message is: unfortunately launcher has stopped
- No quad multi window (or did the dev intend it to have 2?)
- Bluetooth won't connect to headset.
- No "one handed operation for all windows"
- S Finder crashes

Working:
- Lockscreen custom shortcuts and interactive widgets.
- App shortcust on the multi window dock is editable
- Greyscale mode
- Bookmarks in browser (in previous version it crashed the browser)
- Device will stay off (on previous version it would just reboot)
- Flash player in browser

As I said some of these may be device specific. So plz share yours.

hi guys i installed last version (blacktox r 2.2 =3) and this rom is have more bugs , for example: photo editor fc stoped,color on the contact or popup notification are not awsume and not show text for example: when u want to turn off mobile data the rom showing notification which are u confirm! on the notification text not show because font color are white and background is white too !!!!
the latest version is bad
