Maybe you can explain how you got it working. I did as i always did. I also let the installation log files check by the flame Gapps thread. Everything was okay, but the Gapps didnt show up.
As i mentioned, i also could not add an account. I flashed the rom a second time without any further apps to check the account problem, but without succes.

Use twrp 3.5.0.
Reboot to twrp.
Format, type yes and confirm.
Reboot to twrp again.
Wipe, advanced, select all except sd card and internal memory and confirm.
Flash firmware, rom, flame gapps basic, magisk (optional).
Swipe to delete dalvik&cache.
Format, type yes and confirm.
Reboot to system. Done.

  3. wipe dalvik / Art cache, Cache, System, Data, Internal Storage
  4. flash fw-vendor_pyxis_miui_PYXISEEAGlobal_V12.0.3.0.QFCEUXM_77eb12bf7d_10.0.zip
  5. flash fw_pyxis_miui_PYXIS_V12.5.1.0.RFCCNXM_35145e1d67_11.0.zip
  6. flash Bliss-v14.4-pyxis-OFFICIAL-vanilla-20210614.zip
  7. reboot
  8. flash FlameGApps-11.0-basic-arm64-20210612.zip
I did not flash magisk!

Before i give it a second try: can anymone tell me, if hands free calling is working? In 12.12 it worked, but no one could understand, what i was talking. Something was completly broken.

I followed all steps and it works very well.

There is a little thing that i wolud like to know: On MIUI some apps where there isn't theme option takes dark theme in automatically, with this rom theese apps are always white i can't change the background in black. How could i do it?

Strange, that my steps work for you but not for me. Lucky you! Can you tell if "hands free" phone calls are working?

Could you mention the steps you took to install it? I'm stuck at the following message:

"This package requires formware from an Android 10 based MIUI build. Please upgrade the firmware and retry!"

I've already tried to flash it using FW 12.5.2.0(Global, Androd 11) and FW 11.0.3.0 (Global, Android 10).

And I used this gapps -open_gapps-arm64-11.0-nano-20210825

Thank you, I was able to flash it now!

These are the steps I took, in case anyone else is lost like I was:

Installed TWRP (3.5.2_9-0-pyxis.img)
Reboot to system
Boot to recovery
wipe, advanced wipe and selected dalvik cache, cache, system, data and internal storage
Flashed firmware 'miui_PYXIS_V12.5.3.0.RFCCNXM_123bbbed28_11.0'
Flashed Bliss 14.6
Flashed Magisk (23), optional
Flashed gapps pico
Reboot to system
Flashed firmware 'fw_pyxis_miui_PYXISGlobal_V12.5.2.0.RFCMIXM_ceaf059ed1_11.0'

FLashing latest global firmware seemed to fix an issue where I made a phonecall, and the other person would head my voice distorted.

Can someone check, if the codec "OMX.qcom.video.decoder.hevc" is within BLISS ROM?. It's a x265 HEVC codec, which my GoPro uses.

I try to install the ROM, but it says this package requires firmware[...], i tried flashing the newest fw but nothing changed, and i want to flash like it's said above me, fw_pyxis_miui_PYXIS_V12.5.3.0.RFCCNXM_123bbbed28_11.0
But it's China FW, when my phone is global. Can i flash it and everything will be okay? (im flashing from xiaomi.eu)

New build dropped today, gonna attempt OTA update!

Edit: NVM, I'm getting the same message I had before 'This package requires formware from an Android 10 based MIUI build ...'

I don't have the time to flash the chinese FW or clean install, just to find out if it works. Maybe I'll try later when I have more time.



Edit: Just tried the approach from my last edit. It worked out, kinda. Here's what I did:

  • Downloaded the update OTA
  • Reboot to Recovery
  • Flash the chinese firmware (miui_PYXIS_V12.5.3.0.RFCCNXM_123bbbed28_11.0)
  • Flashed the OTA update
  • Flashed the global firmware (fw_pyxis_miui_PYXISGlobal_V12.5.2.0.RFCMIXM_ceaf059ed1_11.0) - It's the last FW I was using before attempting this

I successfully rebooted to system, however once I got to system, I had a bunch of push notifications saying google play services weren't available or something along those lines

To solve it:

  • Rebooted to recovery
  • Flashed gapps
  • Reboot to system 👌🏼
Also, I had to flash magisk again.

WIll post if I see anything fishy after this update.

I managed to install the 14.7 version, but the qualcomm h265 codec for the GoPro is NOT included. The h265 videos do not play.
Other than that, the install was this time easy: latest chinese firmware 12.5.3, Bliss 14.7 and OpenGapps nano package. Thanks for that! Finally Bliss again! :D
Hands free phone calls are also working.

BTW: is the codec support coming from the firmware? Is the chinese firmware the reason? Could then be solved with the global firmware.
I also tried the global firmware (12.5.2) first, but did not work when i tried to install Bliss. The chinese firmware is maybe also the reason, that netflix can not be installed.

I found some serious problems:
  1. sometimes i cant control apps. Seems like the touch screen is not working or the app is sleeping.
  2. i get certificate errors (i.e. www.audiophonics.fr) with Firefox. With other devices and same browser i don't get this error.

    Fm and Aux don't work now, but all pyxis devs are working to fix this ;)
