I was lucky enough to test a recent build and the data issue is resolved. Test ROM has been running since 10 AM EST and has been very stable. It does not seem happy running the Pixel launcher but launcher 3 works fine. It has a nice selection of tweaks. With any luck we should be seeing a working gapps soon. I do have one but it is not my work so I cannot share. I still have a few FC's but very minimal. Overall I think I can use Bliss as a daily driver already. Its pretty solid.
I don't know if it's better to hear about a build or not when you can't have it LOL

I had this ROM running about a week ago but now GAPPS bombs out saying there is not enough room in my system partition. I have tried the Opengapps and the Dynamic GAPPS for 7.1. I'm not sure how I got this working before But I believe it was with a test gapps which I no longer have. What am I missing?

Worked fine for me. I used dynamic Gapps from OCT-OS thread link. Did you install ROM and TWRP, reboot to recovery then flash Gapps?

Ah, that must be it. Perhaps the OP should be updated? I followed the instructions below and it didn't say to boot the rom then go back and flash GAPPS but now I recall that is what I did during testing. Thanks.

Original Instructions:
Boot into recovery.
Backup your current ROM
Perform a FULL factory reset REQUIREMENT!
Flash Bliss ROM Alpha
Flash Gapps package (check above)

Revised instructions..
Boot into recovery.
Backup your current ROM
Perform a FULL factory reset REQUIREMENT!
Flash Bliss ROM Alpha
------> Reboot into recovery and then flash GAPPS

Still no go for me. Gapps now flashes fine but once booted, gapps are not there. Have tried multiple times with every gapps mentioned and they simply will not stick. I'm guessing its dm-verity related. I'm no newbie so not sure why others are up and running and I'm not :(

You have to flash the ROM and TWRP.zip
Then you HAVE to REBOOT RECOVERY
After you have rebooted recovery, then you flash Gapps

When the ROM flashes, it flashes to the inactive slot. So if you flash Gapps right after it, the ROM will be on one slot and the Gapps on the other

Thanks but I have done exactly what you suggest and no go. Not a big deal. Must be something on my side since others have been successful.
