Bliss ROM or Resurrection remix which one is btr? Bug less and good 4performance

I had the Ressurrection remix only a short time because i had problems with the memory space. I am using the bliss Rom for a long time now and in my opinion it is the best Rom for this phone, its on the newest ad version, its fast and i only found one single bug with the magnetic field sensor which doesnt work. And i dont have any space problems with this Rom.

Have a problem with this ROM
Notification don't show up and no notification icon on the statue bar .Plus I cant pull down the quick sittings .
Any idea why
