Hello to all ACE II users here.
Today I want to present my actual work: a fully configurable and adaptable BLN for our Phone.
You can sett different blink delays for different apps and/or notifications, like:
LED on || short Pause || LED off || short Pause || LED on || short Pause || LED off || long Pause
I'm not really good in writing long texts, so I will make it very short :angel:
Features
-working BLN, even when Backlight on screen on is disabled
-different Timeouts after blinking will stop to save battery (standard is 15sec screen on and 10min screen off)
-different blink-sequences for different apps (standard 5 - posibillity to add more very easely)
-easy customizing
-fully transparent programming
Those blinkdelays are fully configurable!
Using this is very easy. You only need Tasker and an rooted Phone.
Installation
1) Download and install Tasker
2) Turn off backlight and BLN in Settings and NovathorSettings
3) Download the latest file from the server here (latest "userbackup.xml" - right.click and "save as")
4) put this file into this folder on your phone: sdcard/Tasker (if the folder does not exists first open Tasker one time)
5) open Tasker and select "Data"in the menu. Then select "restore".Confirm with "ok"
6) close and reopen Tasker
7) now under "start BLN" and "Profiles" you can select the app which responds to notifications.
7.1) To do this open the Profile of your choice and reassign a new app to it. The blink options are: singleblink, doubleblink and trippleblink. As standard they are assigned to e-Mail, aCalendar and Tasker.
8) when Tasker asks for su-Permissions, grant them
9) ready to have a brand new BLN experience!!
