I have started using C9 Pro device since last 10 days. Since day one the I am facing issue with Bluetooth connection with my car audio.
The phone does not recognize the Bluetooth connection as music player (no response for FF, REV, Play/pause keys from audio player- AVRCP). I can able to make / receive calls over Bluetooth from car audio; however it works only for few days. After a week the phone / car audio player shows device is connected; however neither it works for making / receiving calls but also music player does not work.
I have contacted Samsung India; they told me to try safe mode, factory reset; however new device starts trouble on day one. They have even replaced my device without any respite.
My old device GT-I9300I (android 4.1) it was working as expected.
do any one had come across such trouble, your help will be much appreciated.
