Question Bluetooth not connecting automatically

Hi all! The problem is that phone don't search bluetooth devices around and don't connect. My previous phone (iPhone), connect automatically to car audio when I seat in car, I need to search devices manually and connect when use RMN11.

MIUI 13.0.14 (Android 11)

Is there some setting to start search devices? Thanks in advance
