Question Bluetooth not working after update

Hi , I updated the system to RMX3311_11_C.08 , and bluetooth stopped working . I need to roll back Android?. When will there be a return option?

Rollback for RMX3311 is not available.Try a factory reset.

hello , the phone came back from warranty with android 12 . Bluetooth worked. I updated android to 13, bluetooth is not working again... I'm angry and don't know what to do

It's interesting that also your other device is having Bluetooth issues.
