Bluetooth share has stopped???

I am running a stock, rooted version of marshmallow and every time I try to turn on my Bluetooth I get the error: unfortunately Bluetooth sharing has stopped. I can not get it to turn on or pair no matter what I try. Has anyone else had this happen, and if so, how did you fix it?

First, try safe mode (Hold the Power off button and it'll prompt for safe mode). Rule out any third party app causing issue.

Second try clearing data and cache for Bluetooth share, reboot. Titanium backup may be more thorough for this. This may fix a possible leftover if you came from a fully stock rom to a prerooted stock rom.

If that doesn't work then try wiping /system and reinstalling the rom. May be a bad flash.
