No... (best option... Wifi Tether Router with user agent) TMobile always know what you are doing... You need to change your web browser's user agent.
BTW, what do you mean I need to change my "web browser's user agent?" What does my web browser have to do with this? I use my hotspot to provide internet access to my in-dash Nexus 7 in my car. My experience with using WiFi Tether Router has been miserable in the past. Google Play Music doesn't work (most important), and most other apps don't work properly either (i.e. images don't load on web pages and YouTube is useless). Can anyone else confirm that there is no suitable workaround for unlimited tethering with this ROM (via another app, like Wireless Tether for Root Users or otherwise)?

If not, this is most certainly an unfortunate deal breaker for me. I can't get by without it.

Thanks in advance.

Stock SystemUI is a revert to "Stock" URv1 SystemUI... not a "Stock" SystemUI from like stock samsung...
Thank you, everything for me is working perfect except for viper4android maybe permissive state on boot does not work well on SELinuxModeChanger. I think it does need custom kernel.. anyways- thanks for the hard work,

So will/does Viper work with this custom kernel?

---------- Post added at 01:59 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:09 AM ----------

Ok, so I'm not sure what I did wrong.. or what went wrong but my phone will not reboot to TWRP recovery.. getting a message with a small yellow triangle and indicating something about binary block. I can't remember the actual lingo, as I was frantically tryna get my phone back up and running...

If you were trying to flash the kernel above, make sure you downloaded the one for the 915...not the 910..

If you flashed the wrong one, pull your battery (re-insert) volume up, home button and power will get you back into recovery...flash correct kernel.

If you didn't download or don't have the stock kernel to flash, you're going to have to restore a backup (which I hope you have) If not you're going to have to Odin back to stock, reroot and install a custom recovery again...

@Steve Lazarus Have you noticed the unfocusing camera bug, in all cameras? I've been avoid LolliPop due to that, but since Xposed is right around the corner and kernel support now present I'm tempted to give LP a go regardless of the shifted shutter button on the screen instead of the edge.

Yes I have only installed this ROM I have not installed any custom kernel. And yes I did make a nandroid backup.. but if I can't access TWRP I can't use it.. funny thing is I was going to flash the custom kernel when I discovered the issue...

Did you have in Settings > Security > Reactivation Lock = Checked? If so ya might be in for some trouble, but have you tried a factory reset from within factory recovery? Otherwise then in Odin what will happen is it'll fail everytime on Secure Check when you try to Odin flash anything.

Someone else from another thread said try entering download mode then pressing volume up to reboot and see if that let's you bypass anything and get up and running.

Dude, just look at post #38...
Here... LoL
That addresses Wi-Fi tethering provisions. Bluetooth tethering is slower, but a feature built into non US roms. I would imagine it could be toggled to being enabled, and seen by tmobile as regular data use, since the data is filtered though the device, as opposed to an open Wi-Fi hotspot created by the phone. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

Sbreen over in Hyperdrive rom has stated that bt tethering is enabled in his upcoming release, so I figure it's just a matter of a few lines of code, or even db editing.

Loving the rom!
Just restored everything with titanium (did a factory reset, Odin, then flash).

Have everything the way I want it almost, except how to get rid of the power and home button from the status bar...?

I'll be honest, don't take many pictures with my phone. Didn't notice a substantial difference between KK and LP....Again, that's just going off the two or three pics I took....

I will say the camera seems quicker and faster to focus then the one on my N6... But like I said, very little time spent taking pictures to give you any substantial feedback. ...

I appreciated, I discovered how to recover it (get it to boot) by trial and error with mimicking the Odin process as if I were going to flash CF Auto Root again. Your advice did help in that I figured out I had reactivation checked in security settings! After I unchecked it I was then able to access TWRP. Thanks again!
