Bolt can't connect to 5ghz Wi-Fi network

I have had numerous problems with this model, I just got it replaced today. Upon coming home I try to set it up on my Wi-Fi network. It sees both my ghz networks, but it keeps saying it has an authentication error on the 5ghz network. It's connect to the 2.4 just fine.

Has anyone else had this problem?

The other two of these I've had connected just fine. But this one has problems.
