I am not sure if this has been posted here yet but it's worked for me.
For those who have updated to jelly bean and lost the stock browser sync option this will restore it.
It just involves downloading an apk that was left out http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1945119
If you get any sync problems like not getting all bookmarks (which happened to me) you may have to delete your chrome sync data from Google dashboard first and then re-sync. You might also have to clear data on stock browser to to reset it.
I tested it on my TF300T and works great
