Do you mind elaborating? Like what you want it to do, etc.
I just used the stock bookmarks widget on my previous tab and used the stock browser to manage the bookmarks as well. They do the job.

You could try Google's Chrome to Phone app that will let you sync your computer and tab's bookmarks.
