I Have Made A Clean nandriod backup
Link To The Files U just put them in a folder then put the folder on ur phone

I cant install twrp on xt1256, I type adb reboot bootloader and it does but when I type mfastboot.exe flash recovery recovery.img, I get 'mfastboot' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Please help if you can.

Try:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Try:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Is your bootloader unlocked? I have the same exact model and it gave me a pain after I unboxed it figured out after and it was a recovery file for the otus instead of the surnia

Updated Nandroid

Heres an unrooted backup made from the latest update. (November 2015 I think). Should get you where you need to be to receive another ota. System and boot only no data.
