Tried doing it with iwconfig in terminal. Said iwconfig not found. Searched the web to find out what my device was. ifconfig -a said no device found.
Downloaded Landroid from playstore and indeed my device is Wlan0.

The iwconfig binary is missing from system. So this means it can not be done by software to set the tx from the terminal.
So how you can by definition "boost" your wifi is by doing it mechanically. And by that is, making your own antenna if you have knowledge to do so. Bypassing the original antenna and routing it to the diy.
I know there is plenty of room for an extra foil of aluminium sheet behind the back glass panel to fit an antenna.
The only problem is that this phone works on both 2.4 and 5GHz band. And that makes things difficult.
You can either make your own from scratch or buy a ready made set that meets the requirements for 2,4 and 5GHz band.
