Alright, so I have a working Lumia 920 which doesn't have a battery...
I want to boot it up but it doesn't even with a powerful power block.
The problem is that NOKIA devices have a specially made battery with a BSI pin.
BSI pin is like a data pin so that battery can send status of it's health to the phone and more.
When a NOKIA device boots, it sends a command to BSI pin of the battery to get the status, but if there is no answer, the phone will shutdown immediately.
So is there a way to bypass the BSI check? Maybe short it with negative or positive pin of the power block? Emulate it?
If you have the answer, please say it...
Thanks :good:
