I flashed the new clean rom that DROID life had posted recently. And now I can get this to work. Any ideas how to fix this. I done a restore to go back to original before I flashed the rom also. So this should still work. But it isn't.

This is definitely donation worthy. I'll try to come up with a request and I'll be glad to send what little cash I can for it. People have no idea the work this stuff requires. I spent six hours working on one the other night to no avail.

Yep. Originally it took me over 5 hours to make a custom one but now I can do it in about 2-3 hours depending on what im doing

It should but it will depend on the way the rom is setup and where they placed the boot and down anim files. Make a backup and try it, worse case you have to pull and place the files manually.
