Manual install:
Flash logo only:

Extract logo.bin from zip, copy to your fastboot folder and put your phone in fastboot by booting the phone holding the volume down button. When you see "Fastboot", press volume up.
Connect your phone to your computer and open command prompt and use the cd command to navigate to where your fastboot and logo.bin is and enter:
Code:
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
fastboot reboot

Flash bootanimation only:

Extract bootanimation from zip/data/local and copy it to either

/data/local

or

/system/media

on your phone with Root Explorer or ADB. Permissions should be rw-r--r--.

(Get over to thewarhawk's thread an give him a hug! Without him I wouldn't be able to make this things)

Don't forget to hit thanks ;)

USE IT ON YOUR OWN RISK!

Very nice, downloading now. Is there any way you can make one with the nexus boot logo. You know, the Google with the unlocked pic at the bottom. Always liked it

I don't exactly know what you mean? Can you give me a hint? Maybe i can port a boot animation an add a logo.

I've never seen the original bootlogo.
But I tried to create what you requested.
This is a preview. Please say what I have to change to create the perfect logo you want.
Then I will make you a flashable zip file.

Sorry, I would have to edit every single Frame again. It's too much ^^
I don't have a batch programm which kann record my working steps. If I find one, I will make a centered Version.
